The kids love these.
- 4 lbs chicken tenders
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- Put all but chicken in to a large one gallon zip-lock bag.
- Put chicken in one piece at a time and coat well.
- Put chicken on greased cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes at 350*.
Really enjoyed this recipe. Very simple and fast.
I'm not giving this stars, because I had the oven on much hotter than called for, and the tenders got burnt. They still tasted good (although a little hard), so my review is mainly so I'll know this is one I want to make again, but at the proper temperature.
