Parmesan, Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

- 125 g whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked (1/3 of 375g package)
- 2 tablespoons calorie-wise zesty Italian dressing
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 cup chopped chopped tomato
- 1⁄2 cup part skimmmed mozarella shredded cheese, divided
- 4 teaspoons 100% parmesan light cheese, Grated
directions
- Cook Spaghetti as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium heat, Add chicken and broccoli; cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Stir in tomatoes and 1/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese; cook 1-2 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain spaghetti; place on serving plate. Top with the chicken mixture, remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
