Something that got thrown together, for a quick lunch in a hurry. The saltiness from the Parma ham reflects the taste of the mild cheddar. Cheap and cheerful-ideal for a hot summer day.


  1. Remove the fat from the Parma ham and thinly slice.
  2. Cube the Cheddar (1cm or so).
  3. Wash the lettuce and separate the leaves. Tear the leaves do not cut.
  4. Mix all together in a bowl and drizzle oil and serve.
