Tropical and delicious!
- 1⁄2 papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons honey
- Puree all ingredients in blender. Chill.
- Makes about two 9-oz. servings.
The yogurt definitely makes this recipe making it feel richer and smoother. Great smoothie.
