The creamy, melted Muenster cheese combined so well with the flavors of the potatoes, tomatoes and onions. I used scallions, as that is what I had in stock. I boiled smaller potatoes, peeled them rather lazily and cut them all in half before pouring on the topping. Not only was the presentation amazing, but the quantity was also impressive. The Papas Chorreadas were almost as good as leftovers, too! I'll definitely make this dish again, and I will be sure to make it for friends at some point in the future. Thanks for posting!
- 6 large potatoes, cooked & peeled
