    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    • 6 summer squash or 6 zucchini, sliced
    • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

    Directions:

    1. 1
      Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. 2
      Dip the squash slices in water. Dredge in bread crumbs.
    3. 3
      Place breaded squash slices on an oiled baking sheet and bake for 10-20 minutes, until done.

      This was okay but was lacking in flavor. If I try it again I'll add seasonings to the bread crumbs and use milk and egg instead of just water. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC 2011.
