  • 6 summer squash or 6 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Dip the squash slices in water. Dredge in bread crumbs.
  • Place breaded squash slices on an oiled baking sheet and bake for 10-20 minutes, until done.

  1. This was okay but was lacking in flavor. If I try it again I'll add seasonings to the bread crumbs and use milk and egg instead of just water. Thanks for sharing. Made for PAC 2011.

<p>I am an operator at a nuclear plant. I share a home with my husband,&nbsp;our three sons (5, 2,&nbsp;and&nbsp;1&nbsp;years&nbsp;old),&nbsp;my mother and three&nbsp;dogs.
