- 10 slice white bread
- 6 eggs
- 709.77 ml milk
- 29.58 ml of chopped parsley
- 4.92 ml dry mustard
- 2.46 ml pepper (or to taste)
- 4.92 ml salt (or to taste)
- 1.23 ml nutmeg (just a dash)
- 473.18 ml shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 44.37 ml finely chopped onions
- 9.85 ml finely chopped garlic cloves
directions
- Heat oven to 325º.
- Remove crusts from bread, cut into cubes.
- Beat eggs, milk, and seasonings with beater.
- Stir in bread cubes, cheese andon onion,and garlic. Pour into ungreased baking dish .
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour or til center is set. Serve immediately.
