Oven Burritos Healthy Version

directions

  • Mix the first 5 ingredients
  • roll into small balls and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • then roll flat and lightly brown the tortillas on a griddle.
  • Saute onion with ground meat.
  • mix enchillada sauce packet with tomato sauce and water.
  • heat beans seperately.
  • in 13x9 pan, lightly spray with non stick cooking spray. Put a small amount of sauce in the bottom of the pan.
  • Take tortilla, smear warmed refried beans, then add ground meat and onion mixture, a drizzle of enchilad sauce, sprinkle tiny bit of cheese and a little of the chili's if desired.
  • roll into a burrito and put into pan.
  • continue with all of the tortillas. Cover with remainder of enchilada sauce.
  • sprinkle with remainder of cheese
  • bake for 1 hour to 1 1/2 or until bubbly.
  • at 350'.
  • Freezes great either baked and or just built and frozen.
