  1. These are really good, I didn't have any cumin, so I used some garlic powder and they turned out great!!

  2. These were alright. I used shaved parmesan and cooked them at 380 degrees. They cooked well but didn't have much flavor.

  3. Terrific potatoes, we loved them! These were crunchy on the outside and soft inside and so flavourful. The house smelled great while they were baking too! I cut mine into quarters as my potaotes were pretty large. Then I did them in my convection oven for 30 minutes at 300 and they turned out great! They didn't stick at all for me! Thanks MizzNezz!

  4. I pounded garlic, whole pepper corns and cumin seeds in my mortar and pestle for these. Fantastic flavor! Fresh grated parm was really great!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
