Oriental Marinade

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 1 cup

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• garlic powder

directions

1. Mix all together in a zip-lock bag.
2. Add beef, pork, chicken or fish.
3. Marinate at least 4 hours.
4. Overnight gives most flavor.
