- 1⁄4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot
- 3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup olive oil
directions
- Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl with a whisk.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
- Place in a cruet or jar with lid and refrigerate.
