  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease muffin tin or line with paper cups.
  3. Combine sugar, orange juice, egg and oil in medium bowl and blend well.
  4. Add biscuit mix and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in marmalade and pecans.
  6. Fill each muffin tin 2/3 full.
  7. For topping: Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl.
  8. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
  9. Sprinkle over batter and bake 20-25 mins.
