- 29.58 ml butter or 29.58 ml margarine
- 1 egg
- 788.55 ml bread flour
- 14.79 ml finely shredded orange rind
- 4.92 ml salt
- 44.37 ml brown sugar
- 118.29 ml dried blueberries
- 78.78 ml toasted chopped hazelnuts
- 9.85 ml bread machine yeast or 9.85 ml active dry yeast
directions
- Add the ingredients to bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
- Bake the bread using regular or white setting or light setting if available.
- If desired, when bread is cool, drizzle loaf with Orange Icing.
- Orange Icing: In a small mixing bowl stir together 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar and enough orange juice to make an icing that's easy to drizzle.
