My sister used to by an Orange Cranberry Relish by Ocean Spray and one year could not find it anywhere, so I went to my "go-to" place for any recipe and found this. I made it and she said it was better. That was two years ago and it is now a stample for Thanksgiving & Christmas. I made extra last year and did preserve it in a water bath for 15 minutes and it worked fine, but it wasn't enough to make it to the following year. My sister went through my extras!
