One Bowl To Wash Whole Wheat Bread

"I love this healthy bread recipe as it only uses one bowl, so cuts down on clean up. If you like the taste of whole wheat bread use the full 3 cups of whole wheat flour. Be sure to use tepid warm water when dissolving the yeast. If the water is too hot it will kill the yeast. The water should be warm enough to bath a baby in. Enjoy!"

I live in rural northcentral Pennsylvania and have worked as a Nutrition Education Advisor for Penn State Cooperative Exenstion for the past 8 years. I love cooking and learning about healthy eating so I can teach others. The thing I like most about my job is teaching children how to cook. I am a mother of 4 adult children (my youngest will be 18 in March 2004) and have three wonderful grandchildren. My husband Cliff and I are hosting 2 exchange students. Tien is from Vietnam and Earn is from Thailand. We have a 4-H Ethnic Cooking Club where the kids are learning about foods from a variety of cultures. If I had a month off I'd go the ocean and bask in the sun.
