i found this recipe a long time ago while reading about the types of food served at the olympic villages. not a bad cookie to give a teenager for breakfast!

  1. cream butter and sugar together.
  2. blend in egg and vanilla.
  3. add oats,soda,salt, and flour.
  4. mix well.
  5. stir in raisins, coconut.
  6. drop onto ungreased cookie sheets and top each cookie with 2 or 3 m&m's.
  7. bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
