Directions

  1. Beat together eggs, oil, water and pumpkin.
  2. Add flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins and walnuts.
  3. Mix and pour into 2 loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
  5. Cool, then remove from pans.
  6. Beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and icing sugar.
  7. Spread over cakes.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
