This was a fast and easy dessert. But the directions should have mentioned that the Cool Whip needed to defrost before incorporating it into the yogurt. The dessert also needs to sit out for 1/2 to 1 hour so that it is not rock hard frozen. I used part lemon yogurt and part vanilla. I served this with fresh blueberries. A nice dessert to serve on a hot summer day!

I used to make this years ago. It's light and refreshing. Any yogurt flavor will do, I like to use lemon or raspberry. You can top with fresh berries or a fruit sauce. As mentioned by Abby Girl, defrost the Cool Whip before incorporating it into the yogurt and allow the prepared frozen pie to sit out for 1/2 to 1 hour so that it can be easily sliced for serving.
