Directions

  1. Mix meat, crumbs, onion, eggs and salt.
  2. Add enough tomato sauce to moisten. Form into a loaf. Put in loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 250 to 350° for two hours. When loaf is about half done, pour the rest of the tomato sauce over the top. Continue baking until done.
