simple,3 ingredient filling
- boil the egg till hard,shell and crumble with a fork,in a bowl.
- add salad dressing and onion.
- mix well.
- spread on white bread.
Maybe my version wasn't as old fashioned as it should have been, but it was very satisfying ~ I tripled the recipe for 2 of us & used the nutty, multigrain bread that is standard on my table! Very nice! [Made & reviewed for one of the chefs I adopted in the current Pick A Chef]
