Unusual and delicious = fun! The recipe didn't say anything about discarding the rind from the cheese, so I mashed it in with the rest. This is wonderful with beer and crackers. Thanks, Coasty! Made for ZWT6.

  1. Make sure the butter and cheese are at room temperature. Mash them together leaving some chunky bits.
  2. Add the paprika, salt and pepper and beer. Mix well and refrigerate for several hours.
