  • Soak oatmeal in the 1/2 cup milk.
  • Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another.
  • Combine all the bowls together.
  • Add milk until it is the right consistency.
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the pancake until the edges pull away from the pan about 5 minutes.
  • Flip the pancake and cook the second side for about 1 minute.
  • Be careful because it burns easily.
