Cake
236.59 ml sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
236.59 ml buttermilk or 236.59 ml milk
1.23 ml salt
4.92 ml baking soda
354.88 ml plus 2 tb flour
473.18 ml rhubarb, chopped
Topping
118.29 ml brown sugar
118.29 ml nuts, chopped

directions

Grease sides and bottom of 8x8x2 inch pan.
Mix cake ingredients together and spread into pan.
Mix sugar and nuts, sprinkle over cake mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
