- 1⁄2 tablespoon cream cheese
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cranberry sauce, jellied preferred
- 3 ounces roast turkey
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
- 2 slices bread, any kind
directions
- Mix cranberry sauce and cream cheese. Spread on bread.
- Layer rest of ingredients, and make sandwich.

<p>I am a Yankee transplant to the low country. My mom was English, so my cooking style reflects this. My favorite cookbook was McCall's Cookbook which is no longer in print. I've been married to a gourmand for 41 years, so I get lots of practice cooking.
