A creamy hazelnut and toffee cocktail.
- Shake vigorously with ice in a cocktail shaker so that the milk builds up a foam.
- Strain into a highball glass with lots of ice.
This is a good cocktail. I admit that I only used 3/4 cup milk, and will probably reduce it to a 1/2 cup because it was a little too "wholesome" for the vodka, Dooley, and Frangelico trio!
