I don't do a lot of window cleaning . . . as little as possible, actually. LOL However, I recently decided my front and back storm doors needed a thorough cleaning. A quick perusal, of my cleaning supplies, revealed that I didn't have a natural window cleaner. So, when when I was in the "Organic" Aisle, at the grocery store, I decided to check out window cleaners. After seeing that they were costing around $3.00+ for what appeared to be mostly vinegar and/or ammonia, I decided that was a no brainer, and came home, to make my own. After looking online, for a recipe, and not finding one, that didn’t use ammonia, which makes me sick, I made up my own . . . and it works REALLY well!
