I didn't think this was going to work, but this is really amazing. Found it (then tweeked) while net-surfing for a friend who's allergic.

  1. Blend milk powder, water, honey, and spices until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix in vinegar.
  3. While blending, slowly pour in oil until mixture thickens. This is somewhere between 3/4 and a full cup of oil.
