No-Cook Strawberry Shortcake

• 3784.0 ml strawberries
• 1 loaf poundcake
• 946.0 ml heavy cream
• 236.59 ml sugar
• 236.59 ml water
• 28.34 g raspberry Chambord raspberry liquor
• 113.39 g confectioners' sugar
• 14.79 ml vanilla
• chocolate bar

directions

1. Cut strawberries in quarters, set aside.
2. Whip heavy cream with vanilla and confectioners sugar.
3. 1 case strawberries puree with one cup sugar, one cup water and raspberry liquor.
4. Cube poundcake.
5. Layer poundcake, strawberry sauce strawberries, and whipped cream; then layer again.
6. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
