Easy as pie I mean (CHEESECAKE)!!!
- 1 (12 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1⁄3 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling (optional)
- Beat cream cheese till light and fluffy.
- Beat in condensed milk,add lemon and vanilla.
- Stir until mixed.
- Pour into graham crust.
- chill about 3 hours.
it's ok but very sweet. Next time I will add a cup or 2 of milk and some instant pudding
