• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 2⁄3 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1⁄4 teaspoon almond extract

• crust

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup butter

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Let cheese come to room temperature
3. Cream together with sugar.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Stir in extract.
6. Put mixture into crust or springform pan and bake 50 minutes.
