I figured that recipe on my nameday, give it a shot!


  1. Marinade the shrimp and crayfish in olive oil and herbs for 8 hours, preferably overnight in a fridge.
  2. Fry the shrimp and crayfish on low setting on butter until the shrimps get those red stripes from heat. Let cool.
  3. Heat up the tomato juice, adding 2 cups of warm water. When it starts simmering, add crayfish and shrimp with the oil and butter it was fried on.
  4. Mix until the soup tastes enough like seafood.
