Nacho Cheese Pinwheels

"An easy appetizer that even the guys love. I like to use my own black bean dip, but purchased dip works fine. The jalapeno-flavored cheese dip can be used instead of regular nacho dip. You do want a thicker (but still spreadable) cheese dip...the sauces don't hold up for these roll-ups."

  1. These were delicious. Thank you for such an easy snack!

  2. Sooo easy, soooo good. I made these for a Cinco de Mayo potluck at work, the night before. I used cilantro, spicy bean dip & jalapeno cheese dip. I mixed about a 1/4 cup of finely shredded cheddar into the cheese dip, so it wouldn't get too runny. They held together great. I made a double batch & every last one was eaten, and people "loved the spices" - lol ;) Thanks, bea!

  3. great idea! I used a can a mild bean dip and a can of spicey mixed together. The cheese dip works okay if you refrigerate it first. Then it's thicker and more spreadable. I sprinkled shredded cheese over the top with the green onions then rolled it up.Delish!
