My Taco Soup

ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (cook &drain )
- 18 3⁄4 ounces whole corn (half the juice drain)
- 29 ounces stewed tomatoes (with the juice)
- 15 ounces kidney beans (drain)
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 1⁄4 ounces onion soup mix
- 11 1⁄4 ounces taco seasoning
- 9 ounces v 8 vegetable juice
- crushed tortilla chips
directions
- Add all together in a slow cooker. Cooks for 2 hours on high .On low I'm not sure how long 6 -8 hours.
- After the soup starts to boil. To thicken the soup add the crashed tortia chips. After the soup thickens up.
