These muffins are my absolute favorite. So moist and a wonderful light flavor. I have been making them for so long now and am always told how they are loved.
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup marmalade
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- Blend first 7 ingredients together well.
- Add the 2 cups flour slowly to mix and stir well.
- Prepare muffin tins using Pam or muffin liners.
- Oven 350°F.
- 20 - 25 minutes.
- Makes about 18 muffins.
These turned out simply amazing, I only used 2 teaspoons of vanilla and baked them in jumbo muffin tins, so moist and delicious! these were made for Kittencalskitchen Nuttin' But Muffin Tag game event, thanks French Bunny!
