    Mom's pancakes made just the way I like them, with no baking powder. For anyone who doesn't like thoes fluffy ones, especially the storebought mix kind. This is so easy it makes me wonder why anyone even buys the mix, with all the preservities. And i'm sure this is cheaper too. This recipe can also be made into crepes if you have a crepe maker or make very thin on the skillet
