A savory bread machine bread that goes well with salmon, or roast chicken.
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
- Place all ingredients into the bread machine according to manufacturer's directions.
- Use basic white setting. Medium crust.
- Makes a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
