- 236.59 ml whole wheat flour
- 236.59 ml unbleached white flour
- 118.29 ml powdered soy protein concentrate (or whey protein)
- 9.85 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 4.92 ml cinnamon
- 2 large bananas
- 177.44 ml soymilk
- 59.14 ml vegetable oil
- 59.14 ml molasses (black strap)
- 59.14 ml maple syrup
- 9.85 ml apple cider vinegar
- 236.59 ml raisins or 236.59 ml other dried fruit

directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In another bowl combine wet ingredients.
- Add they dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in dried fruits.
- Fill muffin tins (they will be full).
- Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
