Tomoko, this didn't really work for me. I can see what the impossible part must be in that it separates into three layers but there was a pool of butter which made the bottom really soggy. It was also very eggy which might be because I only had large eggs. I was reluctant to reduce the amount as I was doing it for the first time. I would love to try this again but I think I need to reduce the butter and the amount of eggs.
