    Ingredients:

    • 1 (7 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
    • 2 -3 ounces mozzarella cheese, block
    • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce

    Directions:

      Make an indentation in the center of each biscuit.
    2. 2
      Sprinkle with oregano.
    3. 3
      Cut the mozzarella into 10 cubes.
    4. 4
      Place a cube in the center of each biscuit.
    5. 5
      Pinch dough tightly around cheese to seal.
    6. 6
      Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
    7. 7
      Spread pizza sauce over tops.
    8. 8
      Bake at 375 degrees 10-15 minutes.

      Made for lunch today for the kids. Really enjoyed these. I made recipe as written, and plan to re-heat the rest for dinner tonight. Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

      I didn't care for the oregano in these. Without it this would have been a 5 star recipe. Very easy to make. Made for Zaar Stars Tag
