Morrocan Baked Fish

"Easy and delicious recipe from wuzzle.org -- here in Maine haddock is our "go to" fish, but any white fillet would work."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 2 lbs fish fillets
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon coriander
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• pepper, to taste
• 1 large onion, sliced
• cilantro, chopped, for garnish
• lemon juice, for garnish

directions

1. Soften butter and combine with spices. Spread on both sides of fish.
2. Place fish on foil and cover with onion slices.
3. Wrap fish securely. Place in 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
