  • For meatballs: Mix all ingredients well.
  • Form into 1-inch balls. Set aside.
  • For soup: In large saucepan, pour in oil. Let it heat for few minutes. Add in onions, cilantro, parsley until softened. Add water, & seasoning. Bring to boil.
  • Add Meatballs, cover let stand for 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are browned.
  • Serve in bowls with french rolls.

  1. I'm giving this recipe a 4-star rating because my family and I really liked it, but we agreed that it was missing just a little something to make it a really great recipe. I'm not an experienced cook, so I don't have that ability to taste something and be like, this needs a little... Do you know what I mean? I'd love to hear what others have to say about this recipe. Also, I did increase the salt quantity, and I cooked the meatballs for just a bit longer.
