  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with tinfoil.
  2. Combine carrots, onion, garlic, cumin, and cinnamon in a large bowl; toss well.
  3. Place mixture in a single layer on the baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn carrots and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. After cooking, toss carrots with remaining ingredients until well combined.
  6. Enjoy!
