ingredients
- 354.88 ml flour
- 236.59 ml quick oats
- 118.29 ml brown sugar
- 14.79 ml baking powder
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 2.46 ml salt
- 4.92 ml ground cinnamon
- 78.78 ml raisins
- 226.79 g can crushed pineapple with juice, undrained
- 118.29 ml skim milk
- 78.78 ml vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites
directions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Line 12 muffin cups with paper cups.
- Combine all dry ingredients and raisins.
- Mix well.
- Combine pineapple ,juice ,milk,oil and egg whites.
- Add wet ingredients to dry.
- Mix until just moistened.
- Fill muffin cups to 7/8 full
- Bake 20 minutes or til golden.
- Cool 10 minutes.
