These crisp, crunchy cookies contain no flour, which causes them to spread out on the pan when baked.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine margarine and peanut butter.
  3. Add sugar, egg, egg white and vanilla extract.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Add oats, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips and chocolate M & M pieces.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough about 2" apart on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 15 to 17 minutes, until golden.
  9. Let cool a few minutes on sheet before removing to rack.
