Mom's Pumpkin Bars

  • Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl (eggs through pumpkin).
  • Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl (flour through nutmeg). Combine flour mixture with wet mixture. Beat together until combined.
  • Pour into two 9 x 13 inch pans. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
  • To prepare the cream cheese frosting, combine the listed ingredients (cream cheese through powdered sugar). Add more milk or powdered sugar to reach desired consistency.
  • Frost bars when cool. Enjoy! :-).
