  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream butter with sugar in a mixing bowl with hand mixer. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Add cocoa. Blend well. Add flour, salt, and baking powder. Fold in nuts and vanilla extract. Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking pan. Bake 28-32 minutes, or until top is crusty and brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool. Cut into squares.

These are dark, rich and DECADENT! Plus very quick and easy to make. I used walnuts and cut the recipe in half, using a 8 x 8 square pyrex and cooking for 28 minutes. Perfect!
