This turned out great. Just how I like my macaroni salad. The only changes I made were: I reduced the mustard as the kind I use is pretty strong and I didn't want it to over-power. I used scallions instead of onions as that's what I had. Used 1 T. sugar as I like my mac salad on the sweeter side. I also used a seasoned salt for extra flavor and a dash of hot sauce. This went very quickly, I can't wait to make more. I made in the morning for an evening BBQ and that was long enough to chill for.

I had to alter this just slightly with the addition of about1/2 tbsp sugar. When I made it as written, it came out slightly too tart for our taste. Otherwise, my family ate this up. :) Thanks for the recipe.
