  1. Prepare cake, using eggs, oil and water as indicated on package.
  2. Bake in a 10-inch tube pan.
  3. Cool and remove from pan.
  4. Split cake into 3 layers.
  5. Spread 1/3 of pie filling between layers and on top of cake.
  6. Top with cool whip.
  7. Refrigerate.
