No crab in this! Makes a nice dip or spread for crackers, without any seafood in it!


  1. Combine tomatoes and cheese in a saucepan on low heat and stir gently until cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from heat and add well beaten eggs.
  3. Return to low heat and cook until it is thick.
  4. Serve with crackers or chips.

tastes nothing like crab or pate. drained off a bunch of liquid and ran through a food processor to improve texture. added salt, dill, and chipotle mayo to give it a bit of flavor. somewhat ok at that point but i wont make this again.
