- 118.29 ml granulated sugar
- 59.14 ml brown sugar, firmly packed
- 118.29 ml butter, room temperature
- 29.58 ml espresso powder
- 1 egg
- 4.92 ml vanilla
- 236.59 ml flour
- 2.46 ml baking soda
- 2.46 ml salt
- 170.09 g chocolate chips
- 236.59 ml oats, not instant
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Prepare cookie sheet by lining with parchment paper or with a silicon baking mat.
- Cream sugars, butter and espresso powder until light and fluffy. Add.
- egg and beat well. Add vanilla.
- Fold in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in chocolate chips and oats.
- Drop rounded teaspoons onto the prepared cookie sheet. (If you like your cookies crispy, flatten to about 1/4 inch.)
- Bake for 9-11 minutes.

I read voraciously, to the detriment of the hypothetical cleanliness of my house. I think white chocolate should be illegal, since it's not chocolate.
